We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@computersandcellphones.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for confirmed damage cases.
To exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email info@computersandcellphones.com with your order number as soon as possible.
